Durian Peeler Machine

Durian season is coming soon to our country. This time I think that there will be a lot of durian this season. Some people don't like to eat durian or in Thailand they call thurian, because of it smell . One of the problem to eat durian is sometimes is not easy to peel the skin because the spike . Somebody have design the durian peeler machine as seen in the picture above. This machine can help us to peel the durian skin easily.

When durian season come, there will a lot of durian in our country. Some people they don't know what to do with these durian. Actually you can peel and collect the durian meat and keep it frozen.

Put the durian meat in your refrigerator, and it will last longer. You can use this frozen durian after the season. You can add in any cake, maize porridge or any other product. Some people dried the durian and grind in to power. This can turn to be durian flavour that can be added to your drink or ice cream.

Durian mature (not ripe) can be fried to make durian chips. In Thailand, when the durian price goes down, farmers will make durian chip and sell at higher price. I have tasted this durian chip and it's very nice. Durian chip will be packed in very nice packaging and sold in supermarket. Some durian chip were exported to UK and US, to cater the Asian people living abroad.

Most European people don't like to eat durian because of it smell and taste.

Musim durian akan tiba dan pada musim ini dijangkakan banyak durian akan dapat dihasilkan. Durian boleh dibuat cip durian, isi durian boleh disimpan sejukbeku untuk digunakan pada luar musim.
